We take pride in delivering unique, high-quality digital work crafted specifically for each client. Because our projects involve personalized creative effort, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-Tangible Digital Services

All our offerings — including logo design, website design, video editing, and custom graphics — are digital and non-tangible products.
Once the design process has begun or the final files have been delivered, refunds cannot be issued, as each project is tailored to the client’s specifications.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be approved in the following cases:

A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
The project has not yet started and no design work has been delivered.
The service was cancelled before any creative work began.

If any part of the design or deliverables has been provided, no refund will be possible.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for your complete satisfaction.
If you’re not fully satisfied with the design, we offer revisions and adjustments to ensure the final result matches your expectations before final delivery.

4. Stripe Payments & Disputes

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, SpedraPlus will provide full documentation and proof of the completed design work.
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues quickly and fairly before opening a dispute.
